Radically Loved® with Rosie Acosta

Hi I’m Rosie Acosta. I am a Meditation Teacher; Speaker and Author of You Are Radically Loved: A healing journey to self-love. I grew up in East Los Angeles during the 92 La Riots and it set me on a troubled path for many years. I didn’t grow up with mentors in my life, so I turned to reading as many books as I possibly could to learn about life’s purpose. In my journey as a First Gen-Mexican American, I found having these conversations gave me insight, support, and inspiration. So, I decided to create a place where I could share these conversations with my community. The Radically Loved Podcast was born! How do we create a radically loved life? Come have a sit with me so we can discover all things mindfulness, spirituality, self-love, and overall healthy living. Please be sure to share the episodes that you love and also leave us a review!

Robyn Youkilis is a certified wellness expert, author, and founder of the inspiring health coaching business, Your Healthiest You. She regularly advises The Today Show, People, Redbook, and thousands of women who want to lose weight and get energized without going on another diet.

Thin From Within is part coaching guide and part cookbook to help you optimize your digestion and shed emotional and physical weight from the inside out. Everything in this book resonated with me and I’m so happy to have Robyn on the podcast to talk about her holistic approach.

This incredible woman shares her health journey, keys to bring awareness to what you’re eating, how to eat healthy as a mom, and more in this episode.

Radically Gutsy Robyn

  • Finding a passion and purpose in food after years of unhealthy eating
  • Uncovering more value in sharing how to eat rather than what to eat
  • Learning the importance of fuel and meal prep as a mom

Radically Inspired Clarity

  • Chewing is a simple way to improve your health and digestive system. You can chew quickly, but bring more awareness to fully chewing your food.

Robyn Youkilis Answers…

  • Why do we lose sight of what our body needs?
  • How has your attention to health shifted as a mom?
  • What myths can you dispel about meal prep?

Radically Loved Quotes

“My work is with myself first and continuing to have a conversation about what I need.”

“If I’m already in the kitchen making a mess, I’m always thinking about what else can I prepare.”

“My body is finally fed. I’m eating more than before, but it’s the kind of foods that really nourish.”

“There are other ways for us to be grounded in our body and spirit without a jar of nut butter. What are you really hungry for?”
