Human creativity and advanced technology have allowed beauty trends to perpetually shift throughout the years. However, existing societal conventions have continued to bind us to unrealistic, one-dimensional beauty standards.
As we struggle to maintain society’s expectations, we must realize that physical appearance is just the tip of the iceberg of a more complex concept of beauty. She talks about the experience that inspired her to create her own beauty platform and what it's like to run a podcast. Brooke also shares tips on how to handle other people on social media. ●"When do you feel most beautiful?" is a question that has been asked in every episode of the Naked Beauty Podcast. People’s answers to the question rarely have to do with their physical appearance.
