Radically Loved® with Rosie Acosta

Hi I’m Rosie Acosta. I am a Meditation Teacher; Speaker and Author of You Are Radically Loved: A healing journey to self-love. I grew up in East Los Angeles during the 92 La Riots and it set me on a troubled path for many years. I didn’t grow up with mentors in my life, so I turned to reading as many books as I possibly could to learn about life’s purpose. In my journey as a First Gen-Mexican American, I found having these conversations gave me insight, support, and inspiration. So, I decided to create a place where I could share these conversations with my community. The Radically Loved Podcast was born! How do we create a radically loved life? Come have a sit with me so we can discover all things mindfulness, spirituality, self-love, and overall healthy living. Please be sure to share the episodes that you love and also leave us a review!

Tara Mohr helps women play bigger by sharing their voices and bringing forward their ideas in work and in life. She is the author of Playing Big: Practical Wisdom for Women Who Want to Speak Up, Create, and Lead where she shares her pioneering model for making the journey from playing small–being held back by fear and self-doubt–to playing big, taking bold action to pursue what you see as your callings.

Tara’s work has been super influential in my life. I am honored and grateful to have her as a guest on this podcast. I hope you enjoy as you hear us discuss why we as women play small, the inner-critic training we desperately need, following our callings, and more.

Radically Inspired Clarity

  • You are in a transitional moment where you can let the past go and steep yourself in new ways of being and change the future.
  • What would you have to do to bring your dream to life more quickly? You are more ready than you think.

Tara Mohr Answers…

  • Why do we feel the need to limit our potential?
  • How can we identify our inner-critic?
  • Does our calling have to be our profession?
