Radically Loved® with Rosie Acosta

Hi I’m Rosie Acosta. I am a Meditation Teacher; Speaker and Author of You Are Radically Loved: A healing journey to self-love. I grew up in East Los Angeles during the 92 La Riots and it set me on a troubled path for many years. I didn’t grow up with mentors in my life, so I turned to reading as many books as I possibly could to learn about life’s purpose. In my journey as a First Gen-Mexican American, I found having these conversations gave me insight, support, and inspiration. So, I decided to create a place where I could share these conversations with my community. The Radically Loved Podcast was born! How do we create a radically loved life? Come have a sit with me so we can discover all things mindfulness, spirituality, self-love, and overall healthy living. Please be sure to share the episodes that you love and also leave us a review!

Jen Esquer is a Physical Therapist helping people tune into their own bodies and discover what movement feels like within them. Jen created The Mobility Method, a program with the tools to relieve pain, prevent injury, optimize movement, lift heavier, squat lower, and more.

This amazing woman’s mission is to heal the world by empowering others to heal themselves. She believes that becoming educated about what is happening in your body is the most powerful piece of knowledge for establishing health and longevity for a pain-free and active lifestyle.

What Jen is doing in the world is already helping so many people and I’m so excited that I got to see that being born. Jen joined me to talk about her journey to becoming a Physical Therapist and making the leap to start her business online, what we’re getting wrong about pain, the real need we have for compassion, and so much more.

Radically Moved Jen

  • Acknowledging that we have the responsibility to understand our pain
  • Uncovering where pain truly comes from and releasing the blocks
  • Appreciating what you do have when what you don’t have seems huge

Radically Inspired Clarity

  • When a baby develops, they are able to put their foot in their mouth before they can walk. We need to get back to natural progression as adults.
  • We have to learn how to have acceptance and compassion for ourselves and the things we can’t do right now.

Jen Esquer Answers…

  • How do you improve health through physical mobility?
  • What’s the biggest obstacle people face when they want to fix their pain?
  • How can we be more patient when it comes to changing our body?

Radically Loved Quotes

“Are we really getting down to the cause so the symptom won’t come back again?”

“Your body is really good at taking care of itself.”

“You have the ability to change and adapt. It might be slow, but who cares?”

“You have to have a vision of what you want within yourself.”
