Radically Loved® with Rosie Acosta

Hello Friends, I’m Rosie Acosta. I am a Meditation Teacher; Speaker and Author of You Are Radically Loved: A healing journey to self-love. I grew up in East Los Angeles during the 92 La Riots and it set me on a troubled path for many years. I didn’t grow up with mentors in my life, so I turned to reading as many books as I possibly could to learn about life’s purpose. In my journey as a First Gen-Mexican American, I found having these conversations gave me insight, support, and inspiration. So, I decided to create a place where I could share these conversations with my community. The Radically Loved Podcast was born! How do we create a radically loved life? Come have a sit with me so we can discover all things mindfulness, spirituality, self-love, and overall healthy living. Please be sure to share the episodes that you love and also leave us a review!

Scott Stabile is the author of Big Love: The Power of Living with a Wide-Open Heart. From a tragic beginning with the loss of his parents and brother, Scott realized that it was always love that brought him home. His mission is to remind us that we aren’t alone in our struggles and to encourage us to choose love.   I am beyond excited and honored to have Scott Stabile on the show. The minute I picked up his book, I knew I had to meet him. I could really feel the love in his words and all his work.   Scott and I talk about making the difficult choice to love, accessing our empathy, and bringing our best selves to the world in every interaction.   Radically Loving Scott   Committing to be the most loving person he could possibly be Seeing his most vulnerable posts get the most engagement Learning to bring empathy and compassion to every situation   Radically Inspired Clarity   Love is hard work. We naturally go to the negative. Love isn’t weak, it’s not the easy choice. But we are desperate for love in this crazy world. It’s so much easier to judge the otherness in others than look at our own otherness.   Scott Stabile Answers…   How do you get to a place of compassion after difficult challenges? What is the biggest piece of advice you have for responding with love? What tools do you suggest for finding our center?   Radically Loved Quotes   “We’re all the same. If we can remember that and connect to each other’s humanity, we stand to create a much more compassionate world.   “How does love invite me to respond to this moment? What does love encourage me to say?”
