Radically Loved® with Rosie Acosta

Hello Friends, I’m Rosie Acosta. I am a Meditation Teacher; Speaker and Author of You Are Radically Loved: A healing journey to self-love. I grew up in East Los Angeles during the 92 La Riots and it set me on a troubled path for many years. I didn’t grow up with mentors in my life, so I turned to reading as many books as I possibly could to learn about life’s purpose. In my journey as a First Gen-Mexican American, I found having these conversations gave me insight, support, and inspiration. So, I decided to create a place where I could share these conversations with my community. The Radically Loved Podcast was born! How do we create a radically loved life? Come have a sit with me so we can discover all things mindfulness, spirituality, self-love, and overall healthy living. Please be sure to share the episodes that you love and also leave us a review!

On this episode, he shares how we can each find our own zone of genius, what we can do to master our potential, and how to improve our relationships with others.     Radically Conscious Gay   Creating The Big Leap, the ‘bible of coaching and self-development’ Discovering the connection between the body and our potential Accessing creative power by removing criticism and blame   Radically Inspired Clarity   The most important question to ask yourself to find your zone of genius is, what do I most love to do? You have to be on a quest for who you truly are. Whatever time you spend putting on a facade is time you’re getting off track with who you really are.   Gay Hendricks Answers…   Do we have only one encompassing upper limit problem or do they change overtime? How is the authenticity of our relationships changing with digital media? What is the difference between settling or compromise?   Radically Loved Quotes   “No matter who you are, you have a zone of genius in you and once you tap into that, it makes your success come alive.”   “Many people are in pain because they aren’t expressing their full potential.”   “In a relationship, you need to learn how to express the truth about how you’re feeling.”   “Get out of the energy of the negative and put that energy in what you really want and how can I make that happen in a creative way.”   A Little More About Our Guest   Gay has offered seminars worldwide including OPRAH, CNN, CNBC, 48 HOURS and others.
