Radically Loved® with Rosie Acosta

Hi I’m Rosie Acosta. I am a Meditation Teacher; Speaker and Author of You Are Radically Loved: A healing journey to self-love. I grew up in East Los Angeles during the 92 La Riots and it set me on a troubled path for many years. I didn’t grow up with mentors in my life, so I turned to reading as many books as I possibly could to learn about life’s purpose. In my journey as a First Gen-Mexican American, I found having these conversations gave me insight, support, and inspiration. So, I decided to create a place where I could share these conversations with my community. The Radically Loved Podcast was born! How do we create a radically loved life? Come have a sit with me so we can discover all things mindfulness, spirituality, self-love, and overall healthy living. Please be sure to share the episodes that you love and also leave us a review!

The 4 Keys to Fertility Success with Tasha Blasi

Getting pregnant is a joyous time in a woman’s life. But for some, getting pregnant naturally can be a complicated process. For cases like this, it can be the result of fertility issues between a couple.

An alternative to natural pregnancy is integrative fertility through IVF or in vitro fertilization. Going through this process can be fearful and uncertain; thus, it's vital to get the proper support from the right individuals for a successful fertility journey.

In this episode, the founder of the FU Project, Tasha Blasi, joins us to discuss integrative fertility and IVF. She shares the keys to fertility success that she has discovered throughout the years of helping women. She also explains the female reproductive system and its components and processes in detail.

If you're an aspiring mother who wants to go under IVF coaching or if you want to provide better support to a loved one, then this episode is for you!

Here are three reasons why you should listen to the full episode:

  1. Discover what Tasha did to perfect her program and get a crazy high success rate.
  2. Listen as she debunks and gives light to the most common fertility myths.
  3. How does Tasha Blasi feel radically loved? Find out toward the end of the episode.

Episode Highlights

Tasha’s Background in Integrative Fertility

  • Tasha was a biology and chemistry teacher for about a decade before she moved to corporate in New York City.
  • Her journey began when she did ten rounds of IVF to have her two kids when she had no fertility issues.
  • No matter how hard she tried and no matter how much time, energy, and money she put into it, she could not be successful.
  • She figured out after the tenth round that her mistake was not banking embryos.

Four Keys to Fertility Success

  • The right science or biology: If you want to get pregnant naturally
  • Space: Is there enough space in your mind and body to have a baby?
  • Energy at the cellular level: We need to be in abundance to reproduce.
  • Support: Somebody to keep you on track

Perfecting the Program

  • Tasha has seen the protocols of nine different countries, dozens of clinics, and hundreds of women over the years.
  • Unlike doctors who work in labs, she is involved in researching herself for years.
  • She doesn’t guarantee pregnancies, but the crazy success rates say it all. There’s always going to be things that you can’t control.

Understanding the Female Reproductive System

  • It's not our fault that we don't understand our systems completely. It's how it was presented to us.
  • Tasha gives a blueprint of how she helps her clients.
  • It’s only a mistake when you know about it and don’t do something to move forward with that information.

The IVF Jail

  • How ready are you to undergo pregnancy?
  • Instead of living a fun and enjoyable life, you live a miserable life when you're in IVF jail.
  • When you are in IVF jail, you don’t want to hear that you need to slow down.
  • You have to be willing to make a few minor changes that don’t massively affect your life and the things you love.
  • The aftermath of IVF should make you happier, healthier, and better. You have to be the best version of yourself to be a better partner and a better mother.

Pregnancy Myths vs. Facts

  • #1: Not meditating on your “spirit baby” enough is the reason why you can't get pregnant.
  • #2: “Does drinking alcohol and caffeine affect my ability to get pregnant?”
  • #3: “I have a diminished egg reserve. Can I still get pregnant?”
  • #4: “Can I still get pregnant even after the doctor has told me I can't?”
  • Listen to the full episode for Tasha’s answers and explanations! She also shares how a client overcame her fertility issues after being told by a doctor that she can’t get pregnant.

The Power of Clarity

  • It's important not to lose hope and be optimistic, but it's understandable to find it difficult.
  • Clarity will bring you positivity and confidence.

Advice to Women Who are Going Through the Process

  • Reach out to Tasha. The sooner you hop on to the journey, the cheaper it will be.
  • Discover what you don't know yet.
  • Make it about you. Forget about your fertility journey when it comes to the things you can control.
