Kandace joined the Bodybuilding.com executive leadership team to align her passion for helping others achieve their health and fitness goals with her more than 15 years of digital marketing strategy expertise.
Kandace relocated to Boise, Idaho, from New York City as the Vice President of Marketing in 2014. She has had many career milestones, including a stint as the youngest executive at the venerable advertising agency McCann. She has specialized in building emergent marketing capabilities for leading digital agencies such as iCrossing/Hearst Media, MRM and EuroRSCG; and she has developed digital strategies for some of the biggest brands in the world, including IBM, Intel, MasterCard, the U.S. Army, and General Mills.
At Bodybuilding.com, the world’s number one online fitness site and supplement store, Kandace leads brand strategy and fosters community for millions of customers around the globe. She oversees operations for Bodybuilding.com’s marketing, merchandising, and creative services operations. Kandace sits on the board of the company’s nonprofit The LiftLife Foundation, an organization dedicated giving students a place to improve their fitness levels, boost their self-worth, and become their best selves. She is also the founder of the company’s first private label women’s wellness brand Nourish + Bloom.
She was also highlighted in 2012 as one of the Top 25 Women Who Rock Social Media via TopRank. Kandace has won several career-defining awards, including two Cannes Lions, an ANA Multicultural Excellence award, an AAF Mosaic award, a Gold Reggie, a Gold Andy, a CLIO for public relations, and several Interactive ADC awards.
