Radically Loved® with Rosie Acosta

Hello Friends, I’m Rosie Acosta. I am a Meditation Teacher; Speaker and Author of You Are Radically Loved: A healing journey to self-love. I grew up in East Los Angeles during the 92 La Riots and it set me on a troubled path for many years. I didn’t grow up with mentors in my life, so I turned to reading as many books as I possibly could to learn about life’s purpose. In my journey as a First Gen-Mexican American, I found having these conversations gave me insight, support, and inspiration. So, I decided to create a place where I could share these conversations with my community. The Radically Loved Podcast was born! How do we create a radically loved life? Come have a sit with me so we can discover all things mindfulness, spirituality, self-love, and overall healthy living. Please be sure to share the episodes that you love and also leave us a review!

Radically Curious Shannon The serendipitous way Shannon met his now podcast co-host How SoulFeed began and what it was almost called instead Transitioning from dancing to being a yoga teacher Pulling out of a scarcity mindset and learning the practice of abundance Realizing the power of yoga and meditation to find who you really are Radically Inspired Clarity We are a celebrity-obsessed culture. We want the power to be like people who are greater than us. A true spiritual path reminds us that the power is in us. Your faith has got to be stronger than your fear. Trust that there’s a new year on the horizon. Take time to recognize the abundance you do have and get excited about what you’re going to be grateful for to get your brain into abundance. Shannon Alego Answers… Where do you see SoulFeed helping the community at large? Who have been some of the biggest teachers in your life? What advice can you give to listeners who are feeling stuck this season? What are the rituals in your life now and what tools help you through a hard time?
