Radically Loved® with Rosie Acosta

Hi I’m Rosie Acosta. I am a Meditation Teacher; Speaker and Author of You Are Radically Loved: A healing journey to self-love. I grew up in East Los Angeles during the 92 La Riots and it set me on a troubled path for many years. I didn’t grow up with mentors in my life, so I turned to reading as many books as I possibly could to learn about life’s purpose. In my journey as a First Gen-Mexican American, I found having these conversations gave me insight, support, and inspiration. So, I decided to create a place where I could share these conversations with my community. The Radically Loved Podcast was born! How do we create a radically loved life? Come have a sit with me so we can discover all things mindfulness, spirituality, self-love, and overall healthy living. Please be sure to share the episodes that you love and also leave us a review!

Jocelyn and Aaron Freeman are the authors of The New Power Couple: Designing An Abundant Life And Relationship That Lasts Forever. Their vision as a couple is to experience joy, massive contribution, and financial abundance through speaking, mentorship, and investing so they can empower couples to live their dreams together.

I’m thrilled to have the Freemans on the show. Their book helped me see my personal relationships in a new way and changed my perspective on how we create relationships in the world.

This new power couple shares their crazy relationship story from pushing each other away to form a strong marriage, why creating a couple’s vision will save your relationship, leadership in this age, and more.

Jocelyn and Aaron Answer…

  • What is the key to creating a deep connection with anyone?
  • How do you help people who want to change but lack the drive?
  • What do you do when you feel a disconnect as a couple?

Radically Loved Quotes

“We had different ideas of how things should be so we asked ourselves, ‘How do we live a life of ‘and’ and not a life of ‘or’?’”

“Relationships do complete. There’s going to be the next teacher on the way.”

“Being a leader takes you stepping into your authentic self.”

“The most self-aware, transformed people still make assumptions.”

A Little More About Our Guest

Jocelyn and Aaron Freeman could not have felt farther from being a New Power Couple when they first met. Not only did Aaron attempt to end things with Jocelyn early on, but he also owned books about lifelong singlehood. Meanwhile, Jocelyn was caught in a pattern of dating certain men over and over. However, using the principles they share in their book and programs, Aaron and Jocelyn evolved together, diving into personal and spiritual development. The couple shifted their life trajectory from climbing the corporate ladder as a nurse and engineer to being social entrepreneurs, speakers, business and healthy lifestyle coaches, startup investors, and authors. This book is one step in their journey to do just that and ignite thriving relationships, which they believe will ultimately lower the divorce rate. Learn more at www.meetthefreemans.com
