Radically Loved® with Rosie Acosta

Hi I’m Rosie Acosta. I am a Meditation Teacher; Speaker and Author of You Are Radically Loved: A healing journey to self-love. I grew up in East Los Angeles during the 92 La Riots and it set me on a troubled path for many years. I didn’t grow up with mentors in my life, so I turned to reading as many books as I possibly could to learn about life’s purpose. In my journey as a First Gen-Mexican American, I found having these conversations gave me insight, support, and inspiration. So, I decided to create a place where I could share these conversations with my community. The Radically Loved Podcast was born! How do we create a radically loved life? Come have a sit with me so we can discover all things mindfulness, spirituality, self-love, and overall healthy living. Please be sure to share the episodes that you love and also leave us a review!

Candice Kumai is an internationally-renowned wellness writer, chef & content creator, described by ELLE magazine as “The Golden Girl of the Wellness World.” Her new book, Kintsugi Wellness, is a guide of the Japanese traditions and principles that have cultivated her inner-strength, given her a gracious life, and provided the tools to live well.

I am so excited for this conversation. Candice talks about the years it took to grow her success in the wellness industry, growing up with a Japanese mother and a Polish-American father, and rebuilding her life after falling apart.

A Little More About Our Guest

Jocelyn and Aaron Freeman could not have felt farther from being a New Power Couple when they first met. Not only did Aaron attempt to end things with Jocelyn early on, but he also owned books about lifelong singlehood. Meanwhile, Jocelyn was caught in a pattern of dating certain men over and over. However, using the principles they share in their book and programs, Aaron and Jocelyn evolved together, diving into personal and spiritual development. The couple shifted their life trajectory from climbing the corporate ladder as a nurse and engineer to being social entrepreneurs, speakers, business and healthy lifestyle coaches, startup investors, and authors. This book is one step in their journey to do just that and ignite thriving relationships, which they believe will ultimately lower the divorce rate. Learn more at www.meetthefreemans.com
